Bringing sunshine: ‘Morecambe’ comes to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe

Welcome to my redesigned, refurbished and thoroughly reupholstered website.

Please take a look around. You’ll see some of the newsworthy, fun and quirky assignments I’ve worked on such as:

Capturing a surreal image from the demonstrations at the G20 Summit in St Andrews in November for Scotland on Sunday, and documenting the frenzy of fashionistas as Mary Queen of Shops threw open the doors of her Mary’s Living and Giving Shop in Edinburgh for Grazia magazine in December.

Cornering The Noisettes and reformed 1980s band Spandau Ballet at the Radio Forth Awards; getting top TV presenter Zoe Salmon’s best side for a Virgin Media launch and taming Dragons’ Den entrepreneur Duncan Bannatyne at the relaunch of Bannatyne’s Health Clubs.

Perhaps the highlight of the year was my contract as Official Photographer with the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. As a veteran of the Wigtown Book Festival and Borders Book Festival I was well equipped to work with the performers, organisers and audience deep in the vibrant, exuberant world of the world’s biggest and most colourful arts festival.
